RECENT EXPERIENCE
Principal Product Designer @ PROOF
May 2022 – February 2024
As the first designer, I helped establish a visual identity with leadership, built and maintained a design system with engineering and managed a team of product + visual designers. My main focus was on the PROOF Art Platform, which included NFT art exhibitions, blockchain minting experiences, interactive generative art/code, and artist/collector profiles. This platform bridged the gap between artists + collectors and generated over $100 million in revenue.
I worked closely with other designers, engineers, and clinic staff to evolve the design system and suite of patient/clinic staff products. I led the design efforts for a Pediatric Electronic Health Record (EHR) to enable clinics to handle the entirety of a patient’s visit history and helped design quick COVID response and vaccination rollout for kids. It was a huge learning experience to work alongside medical professionals, engineers, patients, and stakeholders to ensure experiences were accessible, inclusive, and focused on care.
Senior Product Designer @ Brave Care

Our team was acquired to bring Code School’s library of interactive learning content into Pluralsight’s video-based platform. We conducted learner interviews and collaborated with authors and platform teams to launch Interactive Courses, an in-browser coding experience for practicing new frameworks and programming languages. These courses gained a ~43% average completion rate (~6% completion rate for video content) and the company made further investments to focus on Cloud, IT, and Security topics.
Senior Product Designer @ Pluralsight
Jan 2017 - Dec 2020
I worked with content and engineering teams to design a consistent learning interface, design framework, and content tooling for Code School’s programming courses. This enabled our startup-sized team to produce 2 programming courses each month (previously 1) to keep up with emerging technologies and market demand.

After obtaining top secret security clearance, we partnered with teams from Raytheon, General Dynamics, and Northrop Grumman to provide training software to the Department of Defense. One of the projects I led was a design system language and training dashboard for the Army.
